  • Manufacturer/Dealer Members – You are welcome to bring other team members from your company – we encourage it! If bringing 4, we will provide a 50% discount on the 4th member. If sending 5, we will provide 100% discount on the 5th member.
  • Associate/Suppliers Members – Register a maximum of 2 reps from your company. If you wish to send more, please contact CKCA to be placed on a wait list.
  • Making payments – We accept Visa, Mastercard and EFT or cheque. If paying by AMEX please contact CKCA office and we can process.
  • Registration covers Tuesday dinner at winery, breakfasts, lunches and snacks, Presidents dinner, tours and transportation and all programming. Attendees will receive a printed final program, map, tour headsets, safety glasses, name badge and emailed final attendee list.
  • Bringing another person? Register each person INDIVIDUALLY to ensure they receive separate confirmation and reminders. If bringing a spouse/companion to the social events only, you may purchase extra tickets for these events.
  • Attendee List – All attendees receive the final attendee list by September 19, 2025. Sponsors may receive preliminary attendee lists upon request.  CKCA DOES NOT sell or distribute the attendee list. If you receive request from someone trying to sell you a list, please disregard, this is spam.

Cancellation policy:

Should you need to cancel your registration, you may do so and receive a full refund any time up to Sept. 1, 2025 minus an administrative fee of $125 plus tax. Please contact CKCA office. There are no refunds issued after this date, we encourage you to send someone in your place. If you do cancel, please remember to also cancel your guestroom as you will be responsible for any cancellation fees with the hotel.

Hotel Conference Rates (single/double occupancy): Guest Room (Queen or King) – $349.00 plus taxes 5% GST, 8% PST and 3% destination marketing fee). Rates include wireless internet in guest rooms, meeting space and public areas. The resort fee has been waved.

All reservations must be guaranteed with a room deposit or major credit card.

  • Check in: 4:00 pm
  • Check out: 11:00 am

Please do NOT book outside the block or at another hotel. If you are experiencing difficulty (room availability etc.) get in touch with CKCA. If you are planning to stay longer (pre or post), hotel will honour the rate 2 days pre and post pending availability. You will need to book with the hotel by contacting them directly. Book early as it’s high season. Please also be aware of bad actors impersonating the Hotel. If you are unsure of an email from the hotel, call the hotel directly to validate.

Hotel Cancellation Policy: Individual reservations may be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to the arrival day. Reservations modified or cancelled after the cancellation period will result in a cancellation fee equal to one (1) night’s room and tax, which will be charged to the credit card on file.

Parking

We have negotiated a discounted parking fee for attendees at a rate of $20/night (self-parking). Hotel parking will be charged to your guestroom bill.

  • Self parking – $40/day
  • Valet $65/day

Travel and Tourism Information

The closest airport to the Delta Hotels Grand Okanagan Resort is the Kelowna International Airport (YLW) – 20 min/15 km.

Ground Transportation: Taxis are available at the front cur of YLW. Ride Share (Uber) passengers are picked up at the north end of the terminal outside the Arrivals area. The hotel does not provide shuttle service.
